• Job Details:• Prepare the registration application files in accordance to the local regulations of each country (AW, claims, and technical files) to present to Drug Authority. • Follow up submission and any supporting documents along with registration lead time. • Ensure that Products Claims are complied with MOH regulations and legal requirements. • Follows up with the application deadline and gathers the required documentation from Country of origin. • Arranging and dealing with the Supply planner regarding all new and updated products while adhering to regulatory Lead-time. • Completing all registration requirements for all shipments at Drug Authority. • Administer all transfers and requested process to ensure smooth transactions for all overseas goods and maintain financial accuracy, and approval of regulatory cost as per invoice. • Maintain knowledge on all rules and regulations of import processes and ensure efficient transmission of all import & local goods. • Follow up with Supply chain progress & marketing brand managers & regulatory stake holders.

Travel Consultant/AdvisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Certified TICO. • Working using GDS and other systems. • Consulting International Customers over the phone regarding best flights, hotels, destinations, car rentals, entertainment activities and Packages. • Booking, cancelling, change reservations according to customer’s need. • Advise customers with the policies of different airlines, hotels etc. • Solving customer’s problems and seeking exceptions by calling or emailing airlines, hotels etc.

Back office PharmacistFull Time

• Job Details:Modawa Medical Company ( Elagk App.) as Back Office Pharmacist, • Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer’s inquiries regarding prescription drugs and to answer such concerns as dosage amount, frequency of administration, drug interactions or any specialized requirements that may apply. • Full system administration and operation; Controlling the full ordering cycle. • Training pharmacist and assistants on system operation and cycle whenever we add a new pharmacy to the network. • Medical content writing for drugs in terms of name, photo, price, ingredients, indication (uses), side effects, etc. • Regularly preparing medical content for digital marketing purpose.
