Insurance Issues: Conduct the company's social insurance program. Ensure that all employees are properly registered for social insurance. Collect and remit social insurance contributions. File social insurance claims. Maintain employee social insurance record. Payroll Administration: Execute all payroll processes with meticulous accuracy, ensuring timely and error-free employee compensation. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant tax and employment regulations, adhering to compliance standards. Conduct strong analytical and data management skills to effectively calculate deductions, taxes, and other withholdings. Prepare cost allocation reports to accurately identify and distribute labor costs. Responsible for the creation of SAP Payroll system.
