• Job Details:• Managing all financial reports and cash collection, making sure the system is updates regularly, paying all bills and ordering supplies • Preparing the monthly schedule of classes • Managing relations with teachers and onboarding them to deliver the best experience to customers • Organizing retreats and trips as separate projects to add and extra source of revenue • Managing all social media accounts whether through content planning, content creation, or events coverage • Responsible for client relations and customer satisfaction • Responsible for the center's sales and subscriptions • Gathering customer feedback through different channels; including surveys • Handling all customers' complaints and suggestions • Managing the team on daily basis and making sure the business operation is smooth
