• Job Details:Retired Brigadier General - Egyptian Armed Forces Heliopolis Armed Forces Hospital Military (Families) Responsibilities: • Daily supervision of all patients in all internal and external departments, and therefore to ensure the quality of the nursing service provided to them and to solve patients' problems, if any. • Manage and supervise all operations of nursing staff and hospital assistants and organize working hours. • Review support for the development and updating of nursing policies and procedures in the hospital to improve the level of patient care. • Setting short and long-term goals and tracking all key performance indicators for departments and activating quality improvement projects for the hospital's nursing department. • Organizing an audit committee to audit nursing drug inventories to ensure that the hospital's medication-related policies and procedures are being applied. • Evaluating the nurses annually according to the goals of the hospital, which include patient care, safety, and stimulating them morally and financially. • Holding strategic plans meetings for the hospital with the Managing Director and the Medical Director. Submitting suggestions to improve hospital nursing services to the Director General. • Review and evaluate the needs of each department in the hospital and participate in the development plans and training needs of the nursing team. • Participate with the Medical Director on committees such as Infection Control, Quality and Medicine. • Coordinating with the medical staff members, the administrative departments, and the medical workshop to ensure the efficiency of the hospital and implement the hospitals policy to provide best performance and distinguished medical services.
