• Job Details:Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team, qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with supplier quality and engineering specialists *Designing and implementing plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets, supporting regional and global sourcing initiatives as required, working for GBS centers, supporting specific assigned tasks related to sourcing, like e-sourcing activities *Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions, applying and implementing PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability *Creating and updating reports, as required, following the ABB standards, adapting corporate contractual framework to the local business needs, recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval *Conducting all procurement and logistics activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is kept updated as defined in ABB Tools procedure *Following all ABB Ethics and OHS instructions, executing effective and transparent communication internally & externally and between different units and centers

Sr. Industrial Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Dealing with a large scale of foreign and local suppliers with an understanding of order fulfillment, different types of logistics ,execute all requisitions and implement the whole cycle of purchasing Via ERP as SAP User-MM Module *Act as a focal point and integrate all communications between (Clearance team, Technical, MRP, Finance, Freight forwarder, Insurance agent, and Suppliers) *Specify the suitable Forwarder and best shipping mode with collaboration between Freight forwarders & suppliers *Negotiate the best payment, payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity Supplier selection process integrating all aspects (cost, lead-time, technology, quality, flexibility, logistics and Make or buy as well) *Secure the supply deliveries and anticipate pro-actively the necessary reminders. Worked on updating approved vendor list (AVL) for available and new suppliers *Tracking and expediting of Shipment. *Follow up the material delivery and inspection within our time frame till approving and delivery. *Integrate the communication between our Engineering department and the Suppliers to reach technical agreements.

Process Improvement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:*Responsible for achieving 85% of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. *Allocates day-to-day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues. *Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis). *Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements. *Directs production process per line and prepares production schedules. *Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. *Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to the maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. *Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy. *Work with management to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance. *Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance with the production plan. *Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes, and suggesting means to reduce waste Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
