• Job Details:Planed and managed recruitment, posting required job vacancies on the company channels, filtering received CV’s, interview scheduling with departments and final selection . • Planed and conduct new employee orientation . • Responsible of preparing new candidates contracts and current employee’s probation and end of contracts evaluations. • Updating HR data base on daily bases. • Responsible of collecting employees documents and upload new employees information’s on SAP. • Following up with employees missing documents. • Responsible of receiving leave and excuse applications and updating on SAP. • Responsible of solving SAP errors. • Responsible of preparing and submitting social insurance (applications1 & 6) to the social insurance authority. • Handling employees overtime sheet. • Administer employee discipline processes and handle employee complaints and disputes .
