• Job Details: Full technical integration of the Zendesk platform into the customer's support environment to include changes, widget implementation, CRM workflow configuration and reporting configurations  Escalate tickets as necessary following escalation procedures to meet established SLAs.  Maintain control of access rights, security settings and user privileges for supported applications  Monitoring shipment progress; using standard processes and internal tools to troubleshoot and problem solving within tight deadlines  Ensure driver collects accurately all needed documentation at pick-up and drop-off locations  Overseeing in-progress shipments & act upon identifying possible delays or blockers for smooth completion of shipments according to procedures playbook  Respond in a timely manner and resolve driver’s tickets while active during shipment Escalate to the relevant department in accordance to SOP, unresolved incidents  Ensure drivers are always aware of every shipment requirement(s) and follow-up consistently to ensure high quality service for Trella’s shippers.  Supporting the drivers with all aspects of their accounts, particularly with problems related to their payments.  Working closely with different departments – Marketplace, Supply Team, Finance and Shippers Operations.

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details: Manage all accounting transactions and preparing budget forecasts.  Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.  Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely bank payments.  Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
