Job Details:Working with Mckinsey one of the well known management advisor and counselor on one of the mega projects in AAIB (Data Lake) to coach scrum teams on understanding agile values, principles, different frameworks and how to function inside the same tribe (Spotify Model) to create high value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
