Respond to clients inquiries regarding invoices. • Making travel and hotel arrangements and reservations and filling in visa applications. • Managing partner’s agenda (scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences); maintaining and updating partner’s task list, reminders and monitoring projects deadlines. • Meeting arrangements/catering.. etc • Marketing: prepare partner’s personalized marketing materials such as IFLR and Chambers submissions and coordinate with marketing personnel on same. • Translation. • Conducting Internet and Baker Web search. • All other secretarial work required.
