Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. • Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company. • Priorities conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on all business departments to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. • Discussing requirements and event’s budget, making suggestions, coming up with new ideas, negotiating prices with suppliers. • Coordinate with marketing team to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition. • Set event planning design and production trends and proactively identify opportunities and tackle operational challenges.
