• Job Details:• Design & Implement Performance Management System • Develop Employees Handbook • Develop & implement the new organization structure policy and procedures • Design & Develop the Org Chart, and Unit Descriptions • Design & Develop Job Descriptions, and jobs profiles for each job title • Create KPI’s for all job roles with required competencies and technical requirements. • Create new Grading System, Salary Structure, and job evaluation • Monitors and evaluates onboarding & offboarding processes • Execute succession plans & career development actions • Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives based on annual events agenda that support organizational goals and culture.
