Recruitment and Selection:  Job inventory.  Job Posting.  Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.  Organize interviews schedules.  Conduct 1st interview with direct manager.  Preparing the selected interview for the technical interview.  Responsible for hiring papers and send it to the head office. Compensation and benefits:  Calculating the night shift and meal allowances based on the attendance.  Calculating the extra days and over time based on the attendance.  Preparing employees Medical Insurance forms.  Getting approvals for the employee’s medical requests from the medical insurance company.  Cash back Requests from the medical insurance company. Reservations & Maintenance:  Responsible for hotel and car reservations.  Report and follow up any maintenance with the concerned parties. Purchases:  Delivering Safety requirements to the employees.  Responsible for the stationary, cleaning supplies and buffet supplies and follow the stock.  Responsible for the purchasing requests for employee’s requirements coordinating with the financial department.  Requesting all printings (Ids, business-cards, etc.) from the head office.  Responsible for hotel and car reservations.  Report and follow up any maintenance with the concerned parties. Courier File:  Sending and Delivering Shipments.  Sending the monthly b/ls numbers to the head office. HR System:  Record entry for the employees (All documents).  Follow up and notify the HR system provider for any malfunctions.  Communicate and submit proposals to improve the HR system. (Port-Said, Suez & Damietta Offices)  Weekly evaluation report for embarkation and disembarkation of the crew change on Maersk Vessels from Port Said , Alex , Suez And Damietta Port.  Prepare presentation.  Assist to prepare required paperwork for the employees for entry port and boarding on the vessel.
