Participated in the formulation of strategic/long-term goals by managing the 5-years financial projections for all business units. Monitored the financial performance of the corporation and provided solutions, recommendations to board of directors. Kept abreast of new developments in financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS/tax regulations). Performed benchmark analysis to evaluate the company’s position to the level of competition.
