Job Details:• Implementing and maintaining a robust journey management system. • Responsible for the liaison with the clients regarding the day-to-day movements which included Erbil Airport collections and drop offs, in town and overnight movements and rig crew change outs. • Responsible for the effective running of the operations room which included journey management for clients, monitoring of the Track24 vehicle monitoring system and the reporting of APT teams to the Operations Room/Centre. • Ensuring that the daily and weekly equipment and personnel training registers were updated and that the correct training was provided. • Responsible for the logistics of the operations room as well as the APT equipment used on movements. • Ensuring that daily accurate and up to date personnel on board record (POB) was kept. • Training and supervision of the watch keepers as well as working out a duty schedule to maintain a 24 hour operations room presence. • Ensuring that all APT teams were compliant at all times with the ExxonMobil minimum expectations that included HSE training, daily continuation training and quarterly qualification training and the accurate record keeping of all of the above mentioned.
