• Job Details:Main responsibilities include: Financial results responsibility for the International Operations and issuance of relevant financial monthly reports Monthly presentation / commentary of the International Activities financial performance. Reporting to the BoD, Ensuring strong governance by implementing Financial Policies & accounting processes are adequately followed, Leading the Yearly & Revised Budgets process, capital expenditure Pricing & Close follow up on discounts, allowances and trade terms, manufacturing operations, production cost, profit margins, cost accounting & expenses aiming to maximize profits or suggest improvements Monthly follow up and monitoring Receivables / inventories / monthly accruals and other Balance Sheet items, Ad hoc costing projects (including sourcing scenarios, change of raw & pack materials, Forex effect etc.) Liaise with Internal Audit on various issues and audit points Project appraisals, feasibility studies and ad hoc analysis / Transfer Price Master File documentation and tax structuring
