• Job Details:• Oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, beginning with reviewing the accurate creation of vendors, ensuring correct Purchase Order creation with precise cost allocation to each activity and department to guarantee accurate generated reports for budget. • Conduct detailed two-way and three-way invoice matching to verify transactions against purchase orders and receiving reports, reducing discrepancies and ensuring financial compliance. • Oversee the invoicing process meticulously, verifying that each received invoice corresponds to its respective purchase order and delivery documentation, ensuring integrity and accuracy in billing. • Record and manage journal entries with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are documented in NetSuite. • Maintain oversight of cash inflows and outflows, ensuring all cash transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. • Ensure accurate withholding tax deductions were made for tax purposes.
