Retail: • Analyze sales vs stock by category and sub-category, price point, and point of sale, data analysis helped top management in making their decisions. • Based on this analysis and market needs new product plans will have created. When the top management decided to enter the retail market in 2013, There was no retail manager at the time. Based on sales analytics, I found which products were successful for each category and by which the store was provided with the best-selling products, in 2021 we reached 28 points of sale. I worked with the retail manager to divide the branch's products into collections and re-named them based on certain criteria so that these groups are consistent in opening any new branch, and thus I was responsible for supplying the new branches with merchandise and keeping track of the inventory for each SKU. Miss L: Another new project was set up in September 2018, which is sold by the piece rather than by weight, it is called Miss L’ project. management asked me to be responsible for group planning activities along with my diamond work, it was not easy and challenging. This was reflected in business for instance 1-the average monthly sales for 2018 (743 K) reached (2,9 M) in 2019 and then (10,6 M.2020) and then (14,3 M) until September 2021. 2-Increasing the number of retail branches. 3-Exchange gold sold by weight with Miss L Collection. 4-B2B and corporate deals. 5- Selling through e-commerce as the company has signed a contract with Jumia and Amazon, and I took responsibility. 6-Create two sales platforms for Lazurde company "Miss L and in style" I Focused more on stock rotation between sales channels to avoid out-of-stock cases, focused on production for on-time stock availability, and delved deeper into data analysis with weekly dashboard work using Excel and B I program.
