My main duty is to manage the marketing department. However, in the absent of the CEO, I am considering the most qualify, responsible manager, so I have managed the whole company in several number of times. Base on this trust, I successfully, did a turnaround due to bad management. I develop new marketing strategy, attend, organize and manage marketing campaigns, exhibitions, fairs, forums, and congress, where successfully I was able to gain and match new customers. I implement the creation of a webpage and other social media channels in the company. In order to accomplish some of these goals I:
 Research and found new potential markets.
 Successfully managed the introduction of new products into new countries, and penetrate new markets.
 Introduction and development of new products for our company and managing worldwide distribution.
 Gain a build a positive and strong relationship with potential, new, old, and current customers.
