• Job Details:Assist in the development of project M&E Frameworks. • Ensure M&E routine data collection, entry, cleaning, and storage are implemented as per the approved M&E framework and program needs. • Help to continue all teams’ utility and maintenance of the mWater and Solstice databases to accurately capture and analyze project and program data. • Conduct periodic review and revision of the systems so that they are adapted appropriately to the requirements of the projects and programs. • Participate in the development of work plans with other program staff. • Develop M&E strategic documents as needed. • Assist in supervising a team of enumerators to collect data on a regular basis at the field level to measure achievements against performance indicators. • Analyze and share M&E data for both learning and reporting purposes and provide Lifeline staff and its partners with evidence-based feedback (strengths and gaps) on a regular basis. • Work collaboratively with Lifeline’s different teams to establish the impact of WASH and energy access interventions on the project beneficiaries. • Draft reports, updates, and briefing notes as necessary. • Provide technical support to the program teams in documentation of their projects’ success stories. Keep the team up to date in terms of data capturing tools, data security, and ensure that Lifeline’s monitoring standards are implemented for improved program quality and data use. • Conduct regular data review to identify and fix data issues or bugs in data entry or integrity. • Ensure performance monitoring and results reporting tools and processes across the entire program are in place and are effectively implemented by the program staff. • Conduct regular field mentoring visits to ensure data quality and compliance. • Conduct training of staff and enumerators, and review data collected by enumerators in and out of the field
