- Job Details:HR Manager Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. • Ensure the implementation of employment policies, employment law compliance, HR policy adherence, best practices, and workforce development initiatives. • Develop and implement management talent planning strategies to identify and nurture leadership potential within the organization. • Manage employee training requirements, ensuring they are well planned, executed, and monitored to support skill development and career progression. • Oversee diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of respect and fairness within the company. • Handle the offboarding process in a professional manner, ensuring consistent and fair treatment for all departing employees. • Utilize company values and approaches to strengthen organizational culture and foster employee engagement. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels, encouraging retention and ensuring the team perspective is fully represented in decision-making processes. • Receive, review and audit the overtime sheets and calculate the monthly income accordingly. • Prepare monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deduction or compensation. • Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips. • Conduct salaries transactions. • Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy. • Keep employees hiring documents completed. • Assist into Monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, developing employee’s benefits. (Cash & Noncash benefits) • Responsible for Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office and social insurance authorities. • Manage and update employee’s files. • Review the company policies and ensure the employees commitment regarding the policies. Project Controller Responsibilities: • Manage project accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all project-related transactions. • Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures and forecasting future financial needs. • Review project budget and deadlines with CEO • Enforce project data collection procedures and ensure the accuracy of weekly estimates and forecasts. • Coordinate payments to vendors and subcontractors. • Monitor project to ensure it meets budget guidelines. • Generate accounting reports at the end of the project. • Oversee auditing of project financials when necessary. • Prepare and present project progress reports. • Translate project-related documents and communications as needed. • Coordinate travel arrangements for project staff, including visa applications, flight bookings, and accommodation arrangements. • Develop and maintain project accounting databases to ensure data security and integrity. • Prepare financial reports and analysis for project stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. • Prepare, review, and update Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), and all project-related contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect the company's interests.
