Get the required sign-offs from related business users for project closure. • Provide the required reporting on all levels (IT/Bus./Vendors/Top management) through implementing the suitable dashboard for each level. • Handling projects closure and its required sign offs. • Finalized the Core-Banking Replatforming Oracle Flexcube with the following phases: o phase I (Retail Loan ,customer unification), Moved to production at end of December 2013 o Phase II (Payments & Loans Modules) , Moved to production at April 2017. * o Phase III : WIP o Currently Managing NBE Sudan Upgrade Project & Internal Digital Transformation Projects to be aligned with the bank strategy
