• Job Details:As Head of digital in a digital creative agency, my duties and scope of work include: • Provide ongoing management to a team of creatives, community managers, account management team, designers, and convey the commercial goals, vision, and values of the organization to them. Coordinating all client relationships and building a strong relationship with the key stakeholders in the industry. • Supporting in Tracking, evaluating and analyzing performance of cross-functional departments to ensure proper delivery of campaign deliverables Mentoring, developing, following up, directing and evaluating the client servicing, art & design studio, content, operation and community team members. • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Supervise and manage the daily tasks and the internal work flow. • Managing any internal or external problems that require managerial handling. • Provide regular reports and updates to management and other relevant stakeholders on project progress, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
