• Job Details:1) Drafting contracts and agreements in compliance with the applicable Egyptian Laws and their respective Executive Regulations and Contract and Common Law; 2) Review, revision, amendment of contracts and/or agreements and commenting thereon, from a legal standpoint, and thereafter producing a redrafted version thereof; 3) Attend discussions and negotiations with respect said contracts/agreements among the contracting parties until final execution thereof; 4) Preparation of Due Diligence Reports (DDR) and all pertinent summaries and statistics towards final documentation of the DDR 5) Conducting Feasibility Studies' research and pertinent examination of documents towards rendition of sound legal opinion/advice on the feasibility of commencing or takeover of business; 6) Assessment of personal injury claims in light of the local applicable health and safety standards as opposed to the international standards, with the aim of aiding the client or his/her legal representative or insurer to assume compensation claim; 7) Preparation of neutral legal opinion and/or advice to clients with respect to legitimacy of their business works and/or acts with regards various aspects of the business; such as: employment and labor issues, company/business structure, fiscal and manpower budgets, and the like; 8) Preparing academic studies and research on various legal topics and/or issues; 9) Giving presentations and lectures on selective legal matters and preparing the pertinent academic material duly documented and reference supported; 10) Rendition of assessment reports on intended filing or ongoing litigation procedures, at any stage, whether before Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal or the Court of Cassation; 11) Rendition of reliable advice on immigration procedures before Egyptian competent authorities of foreigners planning to visit, study, or work in Egypt, whether prior or post arrival; 12) Rendition of professional bi-lingual translation, in English and Arabic, as well as revision of translated documents of any kind.
