Sending requests to the concerned department whether it is approval inquiry or Network recommendation so on and so forth.  Handling angry customers and negative feedbacks till achieving customer’s satisfaction.  Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase awareness, improve marketing and service.  Responsible for the customer & company escalation accuracy and TAT.  Reporting all social media strategies and achievements to management with the service development plans.  Responsible for tracking CRM through social media channel and its work flow.
