• Job Details:As a financial operations specialist at Cashi, I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial processes across the organization. My role involves managing financial transactions, overseeing payment operations, and mitigating financial risks to support seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Manage daily financial transactions, including payment processing, settlements, and fund transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Oversee POS reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial data integrity. - Handle claims management by processing, verifying, and resolving financial claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Supervise and coordinate settlements, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of transactions with financial institutions and vendors. - Assess and track service requests (SRs) and agent performance, implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure. - Ensure smooth payment operations by coordinating with banks and financial institutions, tracking fund movements, and resolving settlement issues. - Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports using Xero, providing insights to optimize financial decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and data departments, to streamline financial workflows and enhance overall efficiency. - Monitor cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with international financial regulations and mitigating currency exchange risks. - Continuously review financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement automation where applicable to support business growth.
