• Job Details:• • Planning Engineer: 1. Review all structural planning models using Primavera software 2. Review all building design models using Revit 3. Review all contracts based on FIDIC 99 4. Color the project layout using Excel macro actions 5. Prepare all documents for the progress of the projects using the earned value technique 6. Preparing monthly reports showing progress rates 7. Respond to claims sent by contractors Procurement & Contract Engineer: 1. Preparing the Invitation to Tender document and send it to the contractors 2. Preparing comparison sheets between the offers submitted by the contractors 3. Preparing the Recommendation of Award document for the control department to select the best offer for the project • Cost Control Engineer: 1. Preparing the quantity Survey for the project 2. Reviewing the change orders submitted by the contractor 3. Review the progress rate of the project submitted by the contractor 4. Prepare the Interim Payment Certificate for the contractor
