Involved in modifying existing and creating new routing strategies integration with other systems (database, payments, and invoice systems). Good knowledge on database query and stored procedures. Involved in L3 incident troubleshooting. Creating LLD and HLD document for major releases. Good knowledge on ITIL change process.
