• Job Details:Gather data, analyze information, develop strategic conclusions, and communicate recommendations clearly and effectively with merchandise partners. Ensure inventory at optimal level based on demand, forecast and assessed stock levels at Stores and warehouse. Effectively prioritize multiple workflows and projects; to be flexible and work under tight deadlines. Develop and cultivate effective and proactive relationships with merchant and other merchandise partners to ensure proper support for the business. Identify and leverage best practices and systems usage in order to work efficiently and effectively Analyze sales and stock performance, demonstrate an understanding of key drivers of sell through and margins and provide recommendations for actions to help maximize opportunities and limit risk. Work closely with category merchandisers to develop and improve monthly sales and stock re-forecast. Work with cross-functional partners to make informed decisions on promotional events and season planning, exit strategies, new item launches and collections, provide recommendations in response to financial targets Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in connection with buyers - Make monthly order for basic items, fashion styles due it is season - Focused on warehouses & stores needs due each SKU Rate of Sale & Purchase History - Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season Using specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce salesprojections and present spreadsheets and graphs and ensuring that they reach their full potential - - Analysing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles - Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary - Gathering information on customers' reactions to products - Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines - Identifying production and supply diculties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise - Following sales rate weekly for fashion styles, monthly for basics styles - Grow up in order request to avoid any loss - Mentor market competitors to know our position in quantities ,prices, markdown &offers

• Job Details:• Making the monthly calculation of the quantities for the styles that stores & warehouses need. • Checking warehouses merchandise status & working on making all the styles in save. • Creating all seasons plans and calculating the yarn/fabric consumption according to it's mini-marker, fabric weight, dying/print wastage. • To oversee the production flow to ensure that everything will be on time or to take a proactive step to find a solution for this situation. • Place fabric and accessories order to the suppliers and follow up deliveries.

• Job Details:• Co-ordination with customer from development to shipments • Negotiating fabric & trims suppliers to check the prices and arranging the delivery dates. • Creating all season plans and calculating the yarn/fabric consumption according to it's mini-marker, fabric weight, dying/print wastage, • To oversee the production flow to ensure that everything will be on time or to take a proactive step to find a solution for this situation. • Place fabric and accessories order to the suppliers and follow up deliveries. • Check fabric inspection report (useable width-color-material defect-shrinkage) and give any necessary decision. • Coordinating with production units about customer requirements. • Co-ordinate with quality controllers to make sure the quality required by customer as per their standard. • Interacting with internal QA’s to make sure the required quality has been achieved as per customer requirements. • Tracking internal QA’s inspection with QA manager to ensure the quality is ok before offering to customer’s QA. • Handling orders for buyers like inmeantime “ (TESCO), JCPenney , Chaps, Marks & Spencer, George, LC WAIKIKI ,Turkes ,New look Mervyns , May , Group Zanneir , M&S Mode , V&D ( Vroom & Dreesmann) , Hema , Kids Club, George , Penney's , Chaps , Success Apparel , Fashion Options ,Innovations Strauss , Jhon Ashford , Saks , Green dog & Intertex Apparel ”. • Booking the containers for our shipments and doing the loading plan to be followed by the packing team. • Doing the shipping documents to be submitted to the customer/bank for all shipments
