- Job Details: Coordinate and follow up all administrative work of the branch. Preparing the required reports to help the management in analyzing and decision making process. Maintaining existing database up to date (members contacts, archiving system,...etc ) Maintain an organized filing system. In charge of Egypt Direct Sales Monthly and yearly report. Assists with projects of the branch. Coordinate staff recruitment and make the first interview. Responsible of timesheets submittals and maintains staff time-off schedule. Responsible of the financial issues of Alex branch. Preparing Marketing & Sales meetings and handling the Minutes of Meeting. Assist walk in members with completing applications or reviewing their claims upon receipt. Receive contact details for potential members and accordingly send through to the Sales Department. Assist the customer service team when needed. Follow up on all returned documents and call the members or send them emails to get the correct correspondence address and accordingly leave a note on the system for the Service Advisory team to update the new address. Hotels, Cars and Flight tickets bookings.
