• Job Details:Prepares projected monthly statements for various and feeding back any variances. Manages balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Prepares vendor payments. Monitors aging of accounts receivables; prepares and submits a report to chief accountant for appropriate action. Reconciled account balances: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash accounts. Maintaining financial records which accurately record the business incoming and outgoing finances. Ensuring that accounts are accurately monitored and recorded. Completing bank reconciliations. Managing day-to-day transactions. Verifying bank deposits. Handling accruals and prepayments.
