• Job Details:As construction manager of site works including demolitions, refurbishments and restorations and residential developments in central Berlin, Germany, I manage on-site activities and public client relations. Supervising teams across multiple sites includes preparing quantity surveys capturing progress, coordinating material supply, crane/ equipment logistics and obtaining relevant authority permits for execution of works. Project close outs include the coordination of final as built documentation.
