I timely identified and addressed psychological distress of the Police Officers (over 600 employees) in the Harghita County Police. I effectively monitored the spread out the Covid19 in the Police Component and timely informed relevant authorities to take appropriated measures. This contributed to maintaining the health of UNPOL members, a decreased rate of Covid19 spread and carrying out Police operations. Both as a psychologist in National Security, in the Romanian Police from 2016 to 2019 and as UNPOL MONUSCO, from 2019 to 2021, I developed, implemented and evaluated projects in the field of behavior and psycho-social needs of staff, such as: -Strengthening the authority of the Romanian Police Officers with more than 600 police officers during 2 years. -Identifying psycho-social needs of UNPOLs in order to promote productive behaviors and manage the stress that would lead to counterproductive behaviors, combating (sexual) harassment, discrimination, etc.
