• Job Details:Diversified experience in production dept. and line quality inspection. Responsible for planning and managing off-cut through various cutting sources like fiber type laser, hd plasma, shearing, band saw, chop saw machine. Responsible for production planning from initial stage to dispatch. Managing stock with proper formulated records of raw material, inventory and finished goods. Efficient manpower handling. Daily machine & equipment inspection. Developed ability to identify mechanical breakdowns. Responsible for handling & closing issues generated at customer end. Engaged in layout inspection of assembly parts and designing their welding fixtures. Engaged in skill enhancement of fitters, welders & operators. Preparation and maintenance of WPSs, WPQR & WPQ in weld shop. Preparation and adherence of QAP.
