• Job Details:Responsibilities: As a SMART solutions officer (CISO), I do drive the delivery of key initiatives as part/responsible of smart solutions and digital transformation programs using SMART technologies. Responsible for leading/supervising all SMART technologies plans for the customers selection and implementations, drive project managers and teams towards milestones, track issues and risks, develop budgets and track forecasts, and develop and deliver communications to teams and stakeholders. This position interacts with all functional departments to create an initiative and innovative SMART idea to meet green standards. Tasks include and not limited to: • Responsible for strategic business SMART directions and partnerships. • Responsible for designing new SMART models, Cities, Enterprises and etc. • Building strong SMART technologies business relationships with consultants to build new of SMART Consultancy and acting as 3rd party for their projects. • Designing collaboration and cooperation protocols and agreements for SMART technology services with governmental authorities, Engineers syndicates and engineering associations. • Responsible for design SMART architects with SMART technology engineers and departments. • Creates, supports, and directs development of local SMART systems short-and long-range plans in concert with company goals and objectives for regional branches based on and in collaboration with corporate SMART architecture and direction. • Effectively lead programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes. • Demonstrate strong business acumen and leadership to drive results, remove barriers, and manage plans/program risks. • Suggest/proceed and manage best practice methodologies and tools for the project management framework. • Maintain a quality project schedule, collaborate with contributors to ensure an accurate forecast of resource demand. • Follow up personally the top deals and tenders in the high level of negotiations. • Hiring/assign relevant resources for business according to business needs. • Define the required strategy (Short/long) for the business. • Share accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for customer, employee engagement, financial, business growth and quality and business outcomes. • Demonstrate leadership and oversight, through plans and actions, a consistent standard of excellence to which all-departmental work is expected to conform. • Job Details:Responsibilities: The function manages the ICT documentations according to standards, procedures and processes for all operations including support and stakeholders for the entity. The main purpose of this function is to align ICT operations with catering business objectives and growth plans. Including report to business about the status of all ICT operations and support services and provide innovative ideas to enhance entity technology solutions. Tasks include and not limited to: • Review all IT documentations , IT procedures and processes. • Align all IT documentations with international standards like ITIL and SOX 404. • Creates all processes flow charts and its procedures. • Standardize backup plans to meet business recovery and redundancies. • Enhance user experience and journey in suing IT services. • Documents were : o IT risk management. o IT ticketing systems. o Backup and restore procedures. o IT assets management. o Hardware standard. o Software standards. o Security standards. o FM standards related to ICT environments. o ITIL compliance and applying. o Vendor management. o IT Project matrix standards. o IT communication standards. o IT Disaster recovery plans. o IT Contingency plans. o Etc…

Tasks include and not limited to: • Tasks include and not limited to CIO creates, supports, and directs development of local information systems short-and long-range plans in concert with company goals and objectives for regional branches based on and in collaboration with corporate IT architecture and direction. • This position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes. • CIO is expected to demonstrate leadership and oversight, through plans and actions, a consistent standard of excellence to which all-departmental work is expected to conform. Regularly communicates and coordinates with board of directors, managers, and contractors. Provides daily operation leadership and management of the Information Systems department resources and staff.
