Designed and implemented electric components replicas by utilizing 3D design software Autodesk Inventor and 3D printing technology to reduce electric panel manufacturing time. Reduced harness manufacturing time by implementing electric component replicas, introducing new soldering tools, wiring aids.

Designed injector body manufacturing line layout according to cycle time balanced perspective which is signed off with plant management. Reviewed PFMEAs, PCPs, OMIs, SPCs, SOPs and other lineside documents with responsible engineers and quality department according to IATF 16949 technical regulations for diesel injector body hard manufacturing department.

Designed and implemented manufacturing fixtures to build wiring harness sets. Procured all tools, equipment, spare parts and consumables required for harness manufacturing. Designed and implemented electric panel replica fixtures to manufacture harness sets by using 3D CAD software Autodesk Inventor and 3D printing technology. Supported engineering to produce accurate BOMs suitable for cell operation through using Windchill product lifecycle management software.
