RFI and Involvement in FAT and SAT.

Head Instrumentation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Played a major role in managing activities related to installation, commissioning ,calibration and troubleshooting of Control Valves, Transmitters, I/P Converters, Sensors, Controllers, Online Analyzers (PH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Redox, SDI, Cl2, Fluoride, Hardness, etc.) and other process instruments.  Significantly contributed in managing functions related to installation, commissioning , maintenance and trouble shooting of various make PLC’s like Siemens PLC S-5 100, 200, 300 & S-7, 400, Allen Bradley PLC 5/40 E, Fanuc and Schneider.  Distinction of independently handling desalination plant commissioning and maintenance. Pivotal in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.  Instrumental in streamlining plant automation systems such as SCADA & PLC.  Essayed a stellar role in introducing and implementing (CMMS) computer managed maintenance software MAXO.
