- Job Details:• Organize and submit sales plans, forecasting, pipelines and reports in a regular time frame. • Identify potential customers e.g. by using business directories, company customer data base, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences. • Lead opportunities in conjunction with technical presales and after sales functions. • Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop a good relationship with new customers. • Identify customer’s needs, discuss customer’s requirements and advise on the capabilities and limitations of the products, solutions and services being offered. • Give presentations; demonstrate products, solutions and provide all the technical and commercial material needed for the customer. • Negotiate, defend and support all commercial terms and conditions when closing deals within company policies and guidelines, until contract signature and transfer to operations. • Handle customer complaints and resolve any problems. • Manage medium and small accounts end to end including the initiation and closing of opportunities. • Provide regular reports regarding to sales activities and sales forecasts. • Achieve at least 6 customer visits per week. These visits should be goal oriented with time efficiency. • Attend trainings and maintain good level of technical knowledge, techniques and skills required for optimum performance. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures while complying with ISO 9001:2001 standards. • Develop, proctor, and organize HitekNOFAL Academy Courses.
