• Job Details:Manage business analysis meetings before starting the project and the implementation process. ● Manage Backups on SQL 2008 R2 and installation. ● Implement and apply the customer's business on HITS HRMS. ● Give training sessions for HR and IT members on the purchased modules of HITS application. ● Manage Payroll, compensation and Data validation. ● Test new versions from HITS HRMS ● Upgrade HITS HR system to the newer version. ● Providing accurate advice to HR team members to apply their daily work on the application over telephone, via email or visit. ● Receive the customer's inquiry and deliver it to the appropriate department (Project management team or Data migration team or Development team). ● Manage accounts on Microsoft CRM System.
