• Job Details:Business Productivity is the ability of an organization to utilize its available resources in order to produce profitable goods or services as desired by customers or clients. It is the productivity that measures the performance of an organization, and it can also be used for companies themselves in order to assess their own progress. My role as a Progress Engineer is: -Monitor operations on a daily basis and supervise technical personnel, from the workers to the team leaders. -Ensuring a professional and healthy teamwork culture among the production team. -In charge of developing processes to measure and analyze workshop productivity (equipment performance, team efficiency). -Planning and organizing the daily production activities. -Analysis of data and the production of graphs and progress charts -Estimating usage and making requisition for production consumables -Manage vacations to ensure controlled workers availability according to production load. -Guiding and training the novice production engineers.
