• Job Details:Job Description: 1. Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations. 2. Reviews work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures. 3. Works with the management & marketing team, and plan for short and long-term goals to improve performance and to address opportunities for the company. 4. Oversees the hiring and training of an effective auto service team 5. Ensures supplies are ordered for each job and manages inventory goods, checking quantities, dispatching goods and receipting invoices. 6. Regularly reports progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns. 7. Ensures adequate maintenance & cleanliness of equipment and tools in the service area to maximize the return on investment. 8. Maintains a safe work area for customers and co-workers. 9. Reviews customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles. 10. Receives feedback from customers and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. 11. Investigates customer complaints and concerns arising from products or services and suggests appropriate solutions. 12. Represents TPS Garage in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company
