Personal achievement: - I dropped my weight from 126 Kg to 92 Kg in 3 years with a non stop diet and exercise - I increased the total number of "to read books" during 2020, as a result of COVID-19 lock down. Business achievements: ▫ Assist rkw- Egypt to be awarded by 1st place safety award in rkw- Group in 2018 & 2019. ▫ Establishing and maintaining HSE systems from scratch, based on local and international regulations. ▫ Establishing and maintaining risk assessment for the whole plant and activities. ▫ Work on LTIFR Reduction from 27 to 0 within 2017, 2018 & 2019. ▫ Support in the execution of rkw- Group safety initiatives, i.e. rkw- group 10 safety golden rules. ▫ Supervising the new extension projects in 2017 “Phase-3” & Fire pump’s room relocation project. ▫ Support in legal requirements fulfilment; Civil defence approval, boiler license & EIA study for the new extension projects. ▫ Support the QA team in FMEA study for the new Multicolour machine qualification.
