Drives the highest possible standard of in-store visual impact. Ensures the store achieves stock loss target. Identifies staff with potential within the team and creates an action plan for further development. Ensures speedy delivery of customer orders, handles customer complaints, provides excellent customer service, speeds stock replenishment, maintains the store standard all the time, operates till machine, explains product knowledge to customers.
