As the Technical Head of the AOU ICPC Student Activity, my responsibilities encompassed various tasks such as teaching, mentoring, and supervising a team of individuals in the development of programming content utilizing the C++ language. In this capacity, I played a key role in overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the team's output, which involved creating programming questions and related materials for educational purposes. Additionally, I provided guidance and support to team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge in programming, while also ensuring that all work was completed according to established timelines and project goals. My position as Technical Head required a high level of technical proficiency, as well as strong leadership and communication skills, in order to effectively manage the team and produce high-quality programming content.
