• Job Details:Responsible for safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the company’s power generation plant and associated equipment supporting the National Grid. Duties include: • Working on various generators, such as Caterpillar 3516 & 3520, Jenbacher JGS320GS-N, JT912, JV532, JV537 & JV538, Siemens SGE42HM, Cummins QSK60-G and Deutz TCG 2020 V20 gas engines. • Weekly inspections, checking battery levels and basic fault-finding on 20MW battery storage sites. • Fault-finding at site level on devices such as PLCs, HMI screens, edge device computers and controllers. • Plant inspections, maintenance and record keeping on a variety of equipment, including automated equipment, instrumentation (temperature, flow, pressure, etc), and control systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC). • Planning and carrying out all EC&I activities including the scheduling of regular maintenance works, outages shutdowns and plant improvement projects, ensuring all work is carried out safely to maximise plant availability.
