• Job Details: Managed on-going assessment projects of different scope & maintained client relationship; starting from receiving client assessment requests to managing assessors delivering the client service to sending out deliverables in accordance with LOGIC quality standards & ensuring a high level of service excellence.  Responsible for SHL & Saville both online systems; sending out ability tests & personality questionnaires for candidates, choosing the suitable norm group, addressing candidates’ technical queries, troubleshooting and giving feedback.  Handled the assessment business implementation for current & new clients, briefed them about the business, addressed their queries, was in touch with their concerns & maintained client database.  Designed, drafted & translated talent technical & financial proposals.  Designed & created tailored assessment manuals, processes & documentations.  Managed the planning, preparation & execution of assessments and talent management engagements.  Designed & prepared competency-based interviewing questions guide & assessment narrative & statistical reports as well as created the assessment center matrices.  Designed & created tailored clients’ learning and development toolsets.  Created competency frameworks, supervised & facilitated job profiling sessions to determine the critical competencies that must exist for effective employee performance.  Designed, sent out surveys & prepared executive summary report.  Conducted new employee orientation to promote positive attitude towards organizational objectives.  Promoted a coaching culture among staff members.  Issued and monitored the outsourced assessors’ and freelancers’ payments.

People Assessment Operation Support CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:•Coordinate and prepare for the Assessment Centers held by JOBMASTER. •Proactively planning and scheduling Assessments projects. •Supporting all the operation departments within the organization. •Handling projects logistics, agreeing upon deadlines for Assessment centers outcomes, conducting Assessments. •Designing Assessment center matrices to avoid the overlapping, directing each assessor and candidates to the required activity & managing the whole day. •Briefing and explaining to the candidates the instructions of each SHL activities and personality tests customer contact style questionnaires. •Preparation of all the assessment tools required which are: Scoring Sheets and Booklets. •Generating the detailed analysis reports and graphs of the candidates’ results and delivering them to the Senior Assessor. •Supporting in (People Assessment Center Department) as an assessor, giving scores and comments for the candidate’s performance, on certain competences and indicators.
