• Job Details:as an accountant: analysis of receipt and expenditure control analysis treasury to issue checks keep track of the assessment of our customer and supplies As customer service representative: manage large amounts of incoming calls , provided accurate ,valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools , handle customer complaints,provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits ,, follow communication procedures guidelines and policies .

• Job Details:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable , with all necessary stationary and materials Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email Receive , sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries Update calendar and schedule meetings
