• Job Details:• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences & budget constraints. • Develop innovative design concepts, including space planning, color schemes & material selection. • Develop detailed 3D realistic renders with materials, furniture & lighting arrangements to accurately represent designs. • Produce technical drawings that includes furniture, electrical, ceiling/lighting, plumbing layouts & elevations. • Respond to client feedback for improvements & future iterations. • Issue quantity estimates for all finishing materials (BOQ). • Determine the FF&E design concept based on the interior design scheme.

• Job Details:• Implement design concepts for projects that fit with the design brief. • Prepare full design package in terms of realistic 3D renders & detailed technical drawings that includes furniture, electrical, ceiling/lighting, plumbing layouts & elevations. • Revising & modifying designs based on comments & reviews from clients. • Preparing FF&E data sheet & BOQ for all finishing materials as per design.

• Job Details:• Prepare mood boards, design concept & deliver it with high-quality interior renders to communicate ideas. • Receiving quotations from suppliers & making sure that quotations comply with the required specifications. • Prepare comparison sheet for rates quoted by different suppliers.
