• Job Details:• Arrange and apply the new system of customs (ACI). • Coordinate with the shipping companies to collect, ship, and deliver the imported items in the agreed time and follow up the shipping process. • Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list, COO, COA, BL….). • Communicate & Follow the clearance process and reporting any problem that may occur. • Follow up with the customs' clearance agent to ensure timely release and delivery of products to our warehouse, • Request & coordinate the transportation of all shipments and monitor till receiving in our warehouses. • Delivery shipments invoice to the warehouse for checking to receive material according to invoices. • Daily update the transactions follow up sheet and ensure that all data is accurate and updated. • Create logistics reports and keep them updated
