• Job Details:Responsibilities:  Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.  Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.  Assists in hiring process by coordinating job reviewing resumes, performing telephone appointment  Go for CV screening process and check candidates meets job requirements  Create data base for rejected applicants  Bi-Weekly tracking for around 700 Employees Attendance, updating personal attendance report  Employees Leaves Tracking & analysis  Responsible for accommodation and flights booking  Handle and receive all required document (Contracts , Social insurance , Medical insurance form) related to new hired employee  Handle and receive all required document (Contracts , Social insurance) related to new hired office boys  Responsible for receiving and handover medical insurance ID to new employees  Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.  Responsible for handling resignation documents
