• Job Details:1) Receiving the Air or Sea request and send to the agents asking for prices. 2) Receiving different prices and negotiate for the best offer. 3) Quoting the consignee with the best rate. 4) Handling the shipment with the agent, Pickup date, and shipper’s documents, Air Freight or Sea Vessel Schedule and updating the consignee with every step. 5) Confirm with the agent and the consignee for every step according to their request. 6) Tracking the Flight or vessel departure and arrival via website and agent. 7) Inform the consignee of the departure and arrival of the Air or Sea shipment. 8) Preparing the documents of the consignee ( Bill of Lading , Delivery order ,Telex release , invoices , etc) 9) Delivering the consignee the needed documents. 10) Supervising my team , monitoring their work and distributing the tasks between them.
